Зерттеудiң әдiстерi. Қойылған есептердiң зерттеулерiндегi шешiмдерi үшiн әдiстердiң жиынтығын қолданылды: зерттеудiң мәселесi бойынша талдау, синтез, нормативтiк құжаттаманы жалпылау, зерттеу және талдау, ғылыми және әдiстемелiк әдебиеттiң зерттеуi.

Ғылыми жаңалық: Сипатталған нәтижелердi диссертациялық жұмыстарда ғылыми және жаттығу үлестерiн алады. Диссертацияның негiзiнен ғылыми жаңалығы кешендi және ғылымның басқару жүйесi және Қазақстан Республикасының бiлiм сұрақтарға қатысты қазiргi ғылымның көкейкестi мәселесiн шешiмге жүйелiк амалында тұрады. Диссертанттың ғылыми жаналығын төмендегідей көрсетуге болады, мысалы:

- ғылыми тұрғыларды құрастыру бойынша теориялық және ғылыми жағдайлардың зерттеулерiн негiзде Қазақстан Республикасы және оның дамытуын заңдылықтағы ғылыммен және бiлiмдi басқару жүйесiнiң мәнi анықтап алған.

- зерттеудiң нәтижесiнде Қазақстан Республикасындағы ғылымның қызметi және бiлiмнiң бағалары ғылыммен және бiлiмдi басқару жүйесiнiң әбден жетiлдiруiн негiзгi бағыт жасалған.

- бiлiмнiң ғаламдануы және ғылым шарттарындағы кадр даярлауды басқаруды әдiстемелiк елестеткен.

- Қазақстан Республикасындағы ғылыммен және бiлiмнiң басқарудың мәселелерiнiң зерттеулерiн негiзде басқарудың инновациялық формаларының енгiзуiнiң кешендi бағыттары ұсыныс жасаған. -using a large amount of official information of the RK Agency for statistics of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC «NCSTI».

Source data processed through systems analysis, a method of observation, description, comparison, synthesis. The results of scientific research are published in the scientific journal "Science News" No. 1-2, 2012.

Individual proposals and ways to manage science and education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the improvement of management practices, and evaluation of the study, found a practical application in the work of JSC «NCSTI» and its affiliates.

-the study and evaluation of the science and education in the Republic of Kazakhstan developed main directions of improvement of the system of management of science and education.

-on the basis of studies of management of science and education in the Republic of Kazakhstan are offered comprehensive directions for implementation of innovative forms of governance.17
